Welcome to Burke Virtual Academy!  I am Jeannie Jandrew and I am excited to be joining BVA as Principal.  Burke Virtual Academy serves 7th and 8th graders. This year is going to be a great one and I look forward to the opportunities and new experiences it will hold. 

I am starting my 25th year in education. I have served at all levels from high school teacher, middle school assistant principal and principal, high school assistant principal, and elementary principal. I have had the pleasure to work in Burke County Public Schools for 10 of those years at Liberty Middle, Patton High, George Hildebrand Elementary, WA Young Elementary, and Table Rock Middle School.  This year, I will serve at both Burke Middle College and Burke Virtual Academy. 

At BVA, we have dedicated teachers who strive to see each student reach beyond his/her potential. Together, with your support, BVA students will be successful!

If you have any questions regarding any policy or procedure, please contact your student’s teacher or myself.   Open communication between you and BVA is a critical component to your student’s success this school year.
